La Caille Wedding Info & Cost
Venues are always changing their pricing and policies, so the information in this blog may be out-of-date. But as of Spring 2021 when I’m writing this…
La Caille is a French-style venue at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It has 22 acres of lush vineyards, gardens, and views of Utah’s mountains.

La Caille Cost:
La Caille has multiple different sites that you could use for your wedding. The rental fees below cover specific locations – they do not include food & beverage costs. Morning is 9 am – 2 pm. Evening is 4:30 – 10 pm.
The Vineyard
The Vineyard offers unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains

The Grand Atrium is a greenhouse.

La Caille Dining Room
This indoor dining room exhibits the French style La Caille is known for. Great for an indoor/outdoor celebration as it includes the La Caille Patio.

This outdoor space boasts gorgeous mountain views and is attached to the La Caille Dining Room.

Garden Room
The garden room is connected to the garden patio. A bright, colorful, and airy space for a smaller group

In addition to the event space charge, there are fees for the food and alcohol, the ceremony, cake cutting, speakers and microphones, and valet service.
La Caille Capacity:
- The Vineyard – 300 guests
- Garden Patio Ceremony – 150 Guests
- Grand Atrium – 250 Guests
- La Caille Dining Room – 150 Guests
- La Caille Patio – 125 guests
- Garden Room – 40 Guests
La Caille Getting Ready Location:
A VIP suite is included in wedding packages. This is a great space for getting ready and even comes with a fruit & cheese tray and beverages. For daytime weddings, the VIP Suite is at 7:00 am if there are no evening weddings. For evening weddings, the VIP Suite is available at 12:00 pm.
La Caille Set Up Time:
Load in begins two hours prior to the event start time. If the space is available and you need more time to set up, you can work with the Event Manager to access the space earlier. All items must be picked up by 9:00 am the following day.
La Caille Vendor Flexibility:
You are not required to use any vendors outside of food/alcohol, however, La Caille charges $200 for using a florist, DJ, Audio/Visual vendor outside of their preferred vendor list.
La Caille Venue Coordinator:
You will have a Venue Coordinator from La Caille who deals with in-House tables, chairs, linens, food and beverage, and service timeline. This is not the same as a wedding planner & you are encouraged to hire one.
La Caille Food & Alcohol:
All food and beverage, including alcohol, must be provided by La Caille. There is a minimum food and non-alcoholic beverage minimum that varies depending on when your event is. For example, for a Friday or Saturday evening event, the minimum is $10,800.
Catering Options:
La Caille Catering Packages include hor d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, dinner, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. They range from $108-200 per person.
Alcohol Options:
Alcohol charges will vary depending on what you select to serve and how heavy of drinkers your guests are.
La Caille has a bartender fee of $300 for 4 hours. Additional hours are $100/hr. This covers 1 bartender. La Caille requires 1 bartender per 100 guests.
La Caille Parking:
La Caille requires that you utilize valet service – self parking is not available. It is $7/car and can be paid by the wedding host or guests.
La Caille Lodging:
La Caille has a Honeymoon Cottage on site with a California king bed, fireplace, and hot tub. It is $350/night. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
