I'M CAILI

it's pronounced kay-lee :) my mom made up her own spelling...

I got into photography the way a lot of teenage girls do — taking pictures with my friends. As a photographer, I get to help people look and feel beautiful, and it turns out being a professional hype girl is a real job. I started my photography business from my college dorm room, and after graduating I moved back home to Salt Lake City.

I still firmly believe taking photos should be fun. My shoots are basically an excuse to dress up, laugh, and create images you’re obsessed with. I’m endlessly grateful for the chance to be invited into the lives of such bright, genuine people.

And I deeply believe in the importance of photos. I love flipping through old pictures of my family and friends and reliving the stories that go with them.
