Montage Deer Valley is one of my favorite places in Park City for proposals — it’s on the ski slopes and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. This proposal happened on the Grand Lawn in early October, right after the first snowfall of 2025. The Montage is gorgeous year-round, but on this day the mountains were dusted in fresh snow, the fall colors were still hanging on, and it made for the perfect mix of autumn + winter scenery that Park City is famous for. The Grand Lawn works really well for proposals, elopements, and outdoor wedding ceremonies because it has a ton of space, amazing views, and you can always head inside afterward for dinner or champagne.
