Pendry Park City’s one-of-a-kind mountainside spaces have modern interiors, personal five-star service, a central and superb location, and the beautiful backdrop of Utah’s incredible mountain range. The brand new hotel is destined to become the area’s social hub, with five unique lounge, restaurant and bar experiences, including the only rooftop pool and bar in the area. Encircled by the three guest room towers, the Pendry Plaza is an outdoor living room for the hotel, offering fire and water features, a mixture of luxury retail shops and locally founded dining options. It’s also ski-in/ski-out in the winter.

Designed by the award-winning firm SB Architects and the IBI Group, Pendry Park City features a palette of warm woods, stone, and patinaed metals to create a contemporary mountain destination that honors Park City’s past with comfortable luxury.
Grand Ballroom: A grand setting for a celebration to remember. The Grand Ballroom boasts a 3,500 square feet backdrop for groups from 76 up to 360 for reception-style special events with tall 14’ ceilings, world-class amenities and service, and flexible seating and reception capabilities. Can be converted into two spaces with 1760 and 1680 square feet each for more intimate gatherings.
Junior Ballroom: A 2,230 square foot Junior Ballroom welcomes celebrations for 60 to 240 people with personalized table or reception-style settings. Equipped with beautiful interiors and flexible seating and reception capabilities. Can be converted into two spaces with 1100 square feet each for smaller weddings and parties.
Foyer: A 1,775 square foot event space that accommodates weddings for 100 to 160 people with world-class service.
Outdoor Terrace: Set in the center of Canyons Village mountainside setting, the Outdoor Terrace is a unique Park City special event space with 1,650 square feet of outdoor room accommodating seated and reception-style gatherings for groups up to 165 people.
Pool House: A setting that stuns. The Pool House is our signature slope side rooftop lounge featuring sweeping mountain views, luxury details and a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your one-of-a-kind celebration. Accommodates up to 100 guests with Pendry Park City signature service and special events catering.
KITA: Intimate elegance. KITA’s contemporary Japanese sensibility makes it a memorable haven for the most exclusive of celebrations, whether it’s a rehearsal dinner in the Private Dining Room for up to 16 guests or a partial private event for up to 60.
