River’s mother is a professional photographer in Texas. Her mom was the one to book me which was an honor and made me extra conscious to want to do a good job. I handled all photography-related things (and my videographer recommendation Sydney Beth Films handled all video things) so her mom could sit back and just play the role of mother-of-the-bride.

River’s mom had taken this couple’s engagement photos at Guardsman Pass in Park City when they had stumbled upon the Church of Dirt. It was complete coincidence. But they fell in love with the location and planned a wedding here at the most wonderful time of year – the peak of fall foliage.
