High West Distillery is a whiskey distillery in Park City, Utah.

High West Distillery has 3 wedding sites available for reservation:

1. The High West Refectory

This is right next to the Distillery & is the largest of the 3 venue options. The Refectory has rustic architecture, modern metal accents, and gorgeous mountain backgrounds. Guests under 21 are welcome.

2. The Nelson Cottage

This charming, historic cottage is located right off Park City Main Street.

3. The High West Saloon

This is a historic landmark with exposed beams, high ceilings, and an open floor plan. It is located in Old Town, Park City – very close to Main Street. The High West Saloon can only accommodate guests 21 and over.

High West Distillery Wedding Cost:

Flatware, china, glassware, tables, chairs, and service staff are included. And pricing is based off food & beverage minimums.

1. The High West Refectory – On week day nights, the food and beverage minimum is $10,000. On Fridays, it’s $15,000. And on Saturday or Sunday, the minimum is $20,000.
   • Ceremony site fee for the Amphitheater or the Chapel is $2,500. Special pricing may be applied depending on ceremony structure.
2. The Nelson Cottage – The food and beverage minimum ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 depending on day of the week and season.
3. The High West Saloon – The food and beverage minimum ranges from $15,000 to $30,000 depending on day of the week and season.

High West Distillery Capacity:

At the Refractory, you can seat 65 guests for a plated style event and 92 guests for a buffet style event indoors. With the use of the deck seating, you can serve 80 guests for a plated style event and 125 for a buffet style event. The refractory can accommodate 150-250 guests for a cocktail reception event. Tables and chairs for 135 guests are provided. And rentals may be contracted for additional guests.

At the Nelson Cottage, 40 guests can be seated for a plated dinner and 50 can be seated for an indoor buffet reception. Weather permitting, you can also use the outdoor patio so 65 guests can be accommodated. Tables and chairs for up to 40 guests are provided.

At the Saloon, tables and chairs for up to 80 guests are provided. Rentals may be
contracted to accommodate additional guests.

High West Distillery Ceremony & Reception Sites:

At the refectory, ceremonies can be held in our outdoor Amphitheater (seats 135 guests) or the indoor chapel (seats 60 guests). The amphitheater is an outdoor, mountainous ceremony site. The chapel is an indoor ceremony site with floor to ceiling windows and a fireplace.

The Nelson Cottage, due to limited patio space, hosts very intimate ceremonies. However, you can host your ceremony elsewhere in Park City as well.

The Saloon doesn’t host wedding ceremonies, only receptions.

High West Distillery Getting Ready Location:

At the refectory, you can use the chapel (room with floor to ceiling windows on the 2nd floor) as a private area for the wedding party.

High West Distillery Set Up Time:

Venue access begins at 4 pm for vendor arrival. Guests can be on property from 6 pm to 12 am. Vendors have one hour after scheduled guest departure to clean up, and all decor must leave the property the night of the event.

High West Distillery Vendor Flexibility:

Food & Alcohol is provided by High West. Otherwise, you are free to bring in any outside vendor of your choosing.

High West offers buffet style, family style or choice of entrée style dinners with menus starting at $85 per person.

Alcohol Options:

Per Utah law, all bar charges must be charged based on consumption. While every group is different, High West estimates roughly $40 – $55 per person in charges.

Parking:

High West requires transportation for private groups at the Refractory.

Lodging:

On-site lodging is not available, but there are plenty of nearby options in Park City.

Just More Details:

Private Distillery tours and guided High West whiskey tastings are available for an additional charge
ranging from $200 to $400.
