Chloe is on the ball. Usually, I initiate a phone call with potential clients (it’s the easiest way to get to know someone & get to know what they’re looking for), but Chloe called me first. She was so sweet & so easy to talk to and a few days later – she was on my calendar!

She’s 17 years old and already quite global. For the past few years, she lived in Hong Kong & speaks Chinese. She moved to Utah recently – her dad likes skiing – and told me she likely the nature-y photo locations.

I sent her my senior session style guide, and she texted me back a photo of a dress she wanted to wear. It was this gorgeous, floor-length gown that she had worn to a beauty pageant & was likely wearing to prom. My first location recommendation was La Caille – this French-inspired venue at the bottom of Big Cottonwood Canyon – and she was down for it! Kept her dress a little cleaner 🙂

And then after that, we drove up Big Cottonwood Canyon a little for epic cliff views & fall colors. And she scaled a cliff in a dress & heels in hand. What a girl!
