I was pretty dang excited when Clarissa said that she liked lifestyle at-home couple photos. We did some research for inspirational shoots online and she wasn’t feeling most at-home photoshoots of cookie baking and pillow fights that the internet suggested. She wanted something more casual and realistic. I was 100% willing to oblige.

Nonetheless, I sent her my usual Engagement Session Style Guide the instant we started talking about working together. After reading through it, she was inspired to dress up and do and take more elegant photos as well! Incredibly this gorgeous park with views of the ocean and the city of San Francisco was just down the street from their apartment.

Clarissa and Matt (and their dog of course) were truly an honor to serve. I truly enjoyed comparing my experience at UC Berkeley to her experience at UCLA and getting recommendations about affordable, long-lasting lip colors 😉
