The Bridge Wedding Information & Cost
Venues are always changing their pricing and policies, so the information in this blog may be out-of-date. But as of 2025 when I’m writing this…
Perched directly over Park City’s Town Lift plaza, The Bridge Café & Grill offers a one-of-a-kind “street-to-ski-run” setting: a 4,500-sq-ft wood-plank deck spans the lift line while exposed-brick interiors, Brazilian-American cuisine, and bistro-style brass accents give the space a laid-back Euro-après vibe. From the deck you can watch mountain bikers and skiers glide beneath your ceremony arch in every season, then pivot 180 degrees for a postcard view of historic Main Street lit up after dark.
The venue’s entrance sits on Heber Avenue at 825 Main Street, Suite 201 (Upper Deck). Guests ride the Town Lift parking shuttle or stroll from downtown hotels; no canyon driving or chairlift upload required.
Weddings book year-round with two blackout windows: Sundance Film Festival (late January) and the annual Kimball Arts Festival (first weekend of August).
The open-air deck fits 300-plus for a ceremony or 200 plated; the indoor bistro seats 75 or hosts 100 for cocktails. Fire-code max for a deck-plus-indoor flow is about 300.
Couples say “I do” under a cedar arbor on the west deck, framed by pine-covered peaks and the ski-run bridge. Built-in power, PA, market-string lights, and teak lounge groupings come standard; a quick flip moves chairs to dining rounds while guests head to the east balcony for cocktail hour.
Dinner and dancing unfold across the deck and brick-walled café. Sliding glass panels keep the mountain in view, while bistro tables, fire-pit coffee tables, and a portable bar roll wherever you’d like them. A 10 p.m. amplified-music curfew applies outdoors; inside you can dance until 11.
A small green-room behind the bar works for final touch-ups, but most parties prep at Main-Street condos or the Marriott MountainSide two blocks away so stylists have mirrors, sinks, and space for gowns.
Your 10-hour rental—say, noon–10 p.m.—covers vendor load-in, event, and strike. Deck furniture is placed by house staff; outside vendors can access the freight elevator up to four hours before guest arrival and have two hours to break down.
You can choose any other vendor of your choice, except for food/beverage/cake.
A Kimball Terrace events specialist (provided through Culinary Crafts) drafts floor plans, timelines, and AV, oversees flip-overs, and remains on-site all night, but couples typically hire at least a month-of planner for décor installs and guest wrangling.
Food, beverage, and cake are exclusive to Culinary Crafts, the caterer that owns the venue. Menus feature Brazilian-accented Rocky-Mountain fare—picanha sliders, Utah-trout tacos, caipirinha bars—and are fully custom. Bars run on consumption or package.
Metered street spots are scarce, so direct guests to China Bridge Garage (two-minute walk) or provide a shuttle from lodging clusters. During Sundance and Arts Fest, a shuttle is mandatory and the garage charges event rates.
There are plenty of places to stay walking distance from Main Street: Marriott MountainSide, Pendry Park City, Treasure Mountain Inn, plus VRBO condos.
Only ADA-defined service animals may be inside; emotional-support pets must stay at pet-friendly hotels or on leash off-property.
