I love Morgan & Kyle! And I loved their wedding day! A happy couple, the most supportive friends, well-thought out details, the most beautiful venue of all time & a great dance party.

Although the couple had originally met in Albuquerque, during the course of their love story, Kyle had followed Morgan to Salt Lake City. Having a Utah wedding was a great chance to visit their old stomping grounds again. Additionally, Morgan wanted to have a mountain wedding and grew up skiing Sun Valley. Therefore, Snowbasin, the sister ski resort, was the perfect venue choice. Needles Lodge at Snowbasin is truly the most beautiful space. I got married there a few years ago and getting to go back is always super special.

The couple loves country music (and Taylor Swift!) and the wedding paid homage to the song “Starting Over” by Chris Mapleton. Their vow books had the quotes “I can be your lucky penny” & “You can be my four leaf clover” on the back and these items were found on their table centerpieces. Obviously, it was their first dance song as well. These details were so thoughtful and well-executed.

The couple and their friends danced for hours as the sun went down over the mountains. Richie, who earns the title Best DJ in Utah, hosted the most magical party… as always. It was great to see him & Emma again!
