Quiet Meadow Farm is a magical 150-acre farm and wedding venue in Mapleton, Utah. The natural landscape – apple and apricot orchards, grazing goats, and beautiful mountain views – provides an incredible and peaceful setting. The indoor space is complete with high ceilings, illuminating lights, and three expansive doors.

Quiet Meadow Farms Cost:
From November to March, weddings can be held 2pm-10pm on every day except Sunday for $5,600. To use the space from 10am-10pm, it is $7,600.
From April to October, weddings can be held 2pm-10pm on every day except Sunday for $6,500. To use the space from 10am-10pm, it is $7,500.
Mornings can be reserved from 8:30am – 12:30pm for $3,200.
Quiet Meadow Farms Capacity:
The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests.
Quiet Meadow Farms Ceremony Site:
There are several ceremony location options. You can wed in the orchard, surrounded by fruit trees. You can wed on a lawn with a beautiful view of the mountains. Or have the ceremony inside the rustic barn.
Quiet Meadow Farms Reception Site:
Receptions typically take place inside the barn and on the surrounding patio and lawn.
Quiet Meadow Farms Getting Ready Location:
Inside the barn, there are two getting-ready rooms upstairs. Both have space, comfortable seating, and mirrors.
Quiet Meadow Farms Set Up Time:
Typically, you will reserve from 2pm – 10pm and setup/takedown needs to occur during these hours. If you need additional time, you can have the facility from 10am-10pm for an additional $2,000.
Quiet Meadow Farms Vendor Flexibility:
You have to choose from the below list of DJ’s. Live Bands are not permitted.
One Above Entertainment (DJ Cooper)
There are also restrictions on your possible caterers and bartenders. Otherwise, you are free to use any other vendor you like.
Quiet Meadow Farms Venue Coordinator:
The venue’s day coordinator will help plan the special day at no additional charge while the rest of the staff provides set up, decorating, and clean-up services.

Catering Options:
You are required to use one of the caterers listed at the below link. All food must be commercially prepared – no homemade food is allowed. Bussing Tables or anything else related to food is not provided by venue staff and should be included in the cost of catering

Alcohol Options:
The below bartenders listed + bartending provided by the approved caterers are the only ones allowed. Bars are allowed for a maximum of four hours. Bartenders are required to arrive at the same time as the alcohol and stay until the alcohol leaves.

Parking is ample.

There is no lodging on-site.

No dogs or other animals are allowed unless cleared first by Quiet Meadow Farm Staff.

Your venue rental rate also includes the below:
- Ten farmhouse tables (seats 8-only to be used indoors)
- Ivory or Burlap runners for the farmhouse tables
- Up to five 60″ round tables (Each table seats 8 comfortably, 10 maximum–additional tables can be rented)
- Up to 4 rustic table tops set on Barrels, (Two 6′ Two 8′)
- Buffet table- 16′ long, Rustic barn wood on barrels.
- Rectangle Folding Tables
- Up to 150 chairs (additional chairs and tables can be rented)*
- Up to 5 Linens to cover our round tables. (Choose from a variety of colors-additional can be rented)
- Variety of basic centerpieces, lanterns, and other decorations to choose from.
- Table and Chair set up, take down and clean up
- T.V. with HDMI cord
- Full Kitchen (for warming and staging purposes only)
- Standard size refrigerator and freezer
